Guild Associates launches the Performance Management Guild, LLC

Guild Associates launches the Performance Management Guild, LLC, a second company specializing in competency management and human performance in the commercial sector. The Performance Management Guild will complement the core offering of Guild Associates, and enable the companies to concurrently pursue federal and commercial opportunities in earnest. The President and CEO of the company is Glen Williams, Ed.D.

Performance Management Guild to provide competency assessment and development consulting for Carmeuse

Performance Management Guild is pleased to announce the receipt of a contract to provide competency assessment and development consulting for Carmeuse. Carmeuse is a leading global producer of lime, with more than 140 years of experience in the extraction and processing of high calcium limestone and dolomitic stone into lime and lime-related products for industrial and commercial customers. They are present in about 100 locations across Western Europe (in Italy, Belgium, Spain, the Scandinavian countries, France and the Netherlands and Estonia), Central and Eastern Europe (Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Turkey) and North America (the United States and Canada) and Africa (Ghana).

GUILD ASSOCIATES PRESIDENT LEAD PANEL ON VALUES-ALIGNED LEADERSHIP SPONSORED BY COLORADO CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY

In April, top business leaders from around the country participated in the Colorado Christian University’s Values-Aligned Leadership Summit which featured a panel discussion moderated by Michael Watkins, a professor of Business Law at CCU, and President of Guild Associates.

In addition to innovative leadership training programs, Watkins teaches companies throughout the U.S. how to align business practices with fundamental values that will drive decision-making processes at all levels. COLORADO PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE PROGRAM APPOINTS MICHAEL WATKINS TO BOARD OF EXAMINERS

Michael Watkins, president of Guild Associates and a seasoned management consultant, has recently been selected by the Colorado Performance Excellence (CPEx) program as an examiner for the 2004 Colorado Performance Excellence application cycle. As an examiner, Watkins will review and evaluate applications submitted for CPEx rewards and recognition within the CPEx award levels. The CPEx Board of Examiners comprises leading experts selected from small, large, and non-profit business; professional and trade organizations; health care; education; and government organizations primarily in Colorado which serve to help further Baldrige Quality standards through the Colorado business community.
